Boil sea cucumber and drain after boiled. Boil 400 ml of water with ginger, spring onion, garlic and oil. After boiling, add sea cucumber and simmer for 30 minutes on medium heat. Remove ginger, spring onion and garlic from the pot.
Wash the lettuce and cut it into 4 portions. Cook it in boiling water with oil, drain and place it on a plate.
Mix all seasonings (except abalone sauce). Add the mixed seasoning, abalone and shrimp eggs to the sea cucumber pot and bring to boil.
Add sauce of LKK Abalone in Premium Oyster Sauce and corn flour.
