Fettuccine with Clam Meat and Mushrooms
What You Will Need
Ingredients
- Fettuccine 150 g
- Clam (s) 90 g [chilled, meat]
- Button Mushroom (s) 50 g [sliced]
- Bell pepper (s) 1/2 pc [red, sliced]
- Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic 1 tbsp
- Cream 2 tbsp [optional]
Seasoning
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 4 tbsp
- Chopped basil 1 tbsp
- Chopped parsley 1 tbsp
- Water 3 tbsp
- White wine 4 tbsp
- Corn starch 1 tsp
Dipping
- Cheese [Parmesan for serving, optional]

How to make it

Cook fettuccine in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender. Drain.

Saut chopped garlic in 2 tbsp oil/olive oil until fragrant. Add clam meat, button mushrooms, bell pepper and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.

Add fettuccine, sauce mix and heat through. Stir in fresh cream and parmesan cheese powder.
