Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Egg Noodles

How to make it

  1. Mix pork with marinade.
  2. Cook egg noodles in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender. Drain.
  3. Saute ginger in 1 Tbsp oil. Add bean sprouts and stir-fry for about 1 minute. Set aside.
  4. Sauteed chilli and green onions in 2 Tbsp oil. Add pork and stir-fry until done. Stir in egg noodles, bean sprouts and soy sauce. Stir well until heat through.
