How to make it

  1. Mince the chicken breast and chopped onion into paste. Mix the marinade, egg, corn kernels, and diced carrot with the minced chicken. Shape the mixture into small meatballs.
  2. Put the chicken meatballs in boiling water over medium-low heat until fully cooked. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat the wok with oil, pan-fry the chicken meatballs over medium heat until lightly browned. Add and stir-fry the minced garlic. Add the seasonings (except for cornstarch water) and cook until a little sauce remains. Add the cornstarch water to thicken the sauce. Garnish with sesame.
