How to make it

  1. Wash the rice, then steam the rice and water in 1:1 ratio for 15 minutes.

  2. Marinate the diced pork in Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce, corn starch and cooking oil for 10 minutes.
  3. Stir-fry the diced pork, Jinhua ham, dried scallops, mushrooms, ginger and sugar-added preserved vegetables with oil.
  4. Steam the above stir-fried ingredients on top of the rice for 10 minutes.
  5. Add diced Lee Kum Kee premium abalones in premium oyster sauce with dried scallop and appropriate amount of the abalone sauce with dried scallop, and lay 4 pieces of spare abalones on top of the rice and steam for 5 minutes.

     

     

    Tips:

    - Soak the Jinhua ham in hot water with sugar to enrich the flavour of ham
    Mix and match with your favourite ingredients, such as kale, for a refreshing flavour
    - Serve with Lee Kum Kee Sweet Soy Sauce to enhance the taste
