How to make it

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200℃ and prepare a cast iron pan or an ovenproof tray.
  2. Pour Tomato Thick Soup into the pan and add in the 2 eggs. Bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Top the oven-baked egg with avocado and parsley. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Tips: Use a frying pan and cook with the same time on a stove over medium heat if you do not have an oven.
