How to make it

  1. Put whole can of abalone into the refrigerator (0 - 4°C) for at least 1 hour. Then take out the abalone and cut it into slices. 
  2. Serve the sliced abalone with dipping sauce. 
  3. Tips: Mix and match with your favourite ingredients, such as sliced cucumber for refreshing taste.
