How to make it

  1. Pat dry the pork ribs, brush on the marinade, then marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Take out the ribs and keep the marinade. Place the ribs on a baking tray and bake for 40 minutes at 200°c.
  3. Bring the marinade and honey to boil. Turn to low heat until sauce thickens. Turn off the heat and set aside.
  4. Brush the ribs with the sauce. Grill at 180°c for 10 minutes.
  5. Tips:

    After brushing on the sauce, cover the ribs with aluminum foil to avoid burning.
