Marinate the pork for 10 minutes.
Slice the mushrooms and cut the bacon into small pieces. Blanch the mixed beans. Seed and dice the pepper.
Cook the linguine in a pot. Reduce the cooking time by 1 minute according to the package. Keep a bowl of the pasta water.
Heat the oil pan. Stir-fry the bacon and mushroom. Add chili, garlic and mixed beans. Stir well and add in the linguine. Add a little bit of pasta water and stir fry. Serve with grated cheese.
