How to make it

  1. Roast the pumpkin cubes till soft and golden.
  2. Boil the beans until cooked through.
  3. Boil the linguini till al dente, then toss through some olive oil to keep separate.
  4. Heat some olive oil in a wok and toss in the beans and the Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Garlic Sauce.  Add the roasted pumpkin, then the linguini and serve immediately.
