How to make it

  1. Pad dry tofu with kitchen towel, then coat with potato starch. 
  2. Pan fry both side of tofu until golden brown, set aside. 
  3. Cook the seasoning mix until thicken, then mix well with tofu. Sprinkle with chopped spring onion before serve.
  4. Tips : For a better shape, dont turn the tofu until well fried golden brown.
