Sauteed Pork Neck with Black Pepper Sauce
What You Will Need
Ingredients
- Pork Neck 400g (Sliced)
- Red Onion 70g (Cut into strips)
- Yellow and Green Bell Pepper 70g each (Cut into strips)
- Ginger 5g (Sliced)
- Red Chilli 5g (Shredded, for garnishing)
Marinade
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Seasoning
- Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper Sauce 2 tbsp

How to make it

Marinade pork neck with ginger and marinade for 15 minutes. Sauté pork neck with 1 tbsp oil until completely cooked, take out for further use.

Sauté red onion, yellow and green bell pepper with 1/2 tbsp oil until half cook.

Add pork neck and seasoning, mix well. Ready to serve.
