Soak morel mushrooms in water for 30 minutes. Marinade scallops for 15 minutes.
Trim the ends of the snow peas and set aside.
Boil snow peas and morel mushrooms for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Heat a pan with oil over low heat, pan-fry the scallops until both sides turn golden colour. Add minced garlic, bell pepper, snow peas, morel mushrooms, and seasonings and stir-fry over medium heat. Finally, add black truffle sauce and stir-fry well.
Tips:
Dry the scallops with a paper towel, and then marinade scallops with a little salt in order to eliminate fishy odor.
