How to make it

  1. Marinate mixture of minced pork, black mushroom and sweet corn for 10 minutes.
  2. Place the marinated loaf onto a plate to steam over high heat for 15 minutes. Sprinkle diced green onion, as short as possible ready to serve.
  3. Tips: Use hot water for soaking black mushroom helps shorten the time needed for them to soften. If soft texture is preferred, take good care in not compressing the minced mixture too much prior to steaming.
