How to make it

  1. Marinate beef for 15 minutes.
  2. Stir-fry bean sprouts in 1 tbsp oil for 1 minute. Drain.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil.  Stir-fry beef until done.  Stir in rice noodles, yellow chives, bean sprouts, sauce mix and heat through Note: Beef can be replaced by any kind of meat.
