What You Will Need

- • Shrimps 600 g
- • Lemon ½ pc (Sliced)
- • Mint leaves 5 g (Chopped)
- • Chili pepper 3 pcs (Cut into rings)
- • Red onions ¼ pcs (shredded)
- • Garlic 10 g
- • Lemongrass 10 g (Sliced)
Seasoning
- • Lee Kum Kee Salt Reduced Oyster Sauce 30 g
- • Lee Kum Kee Salt Reduced Soy Sauce 30 g
- • Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil 4 g
- • Lee Kum Kee Thai Style Sweet Chilli Sauce 90 g
- • Fresh lemon juice 40 ml
- • Lime juice 40 ml
- • Sugar 60 g

How to make it

Cook the shrimp through the boiled water. Cool down the shrimps with ice water.

Peel and devein the shrimps, make a shallow cut along the back of each shrimp

Mix well with all ingredients and seasonings.
