Marinate the pork for 10 minutes. Seed the chili and cut into small pieces. Dice the shallots.
Heat the oil wok. Stir-fry the pork until golden yellow. Add garlic and shallots.
Add the soy sauce and stir fry for about 5 minutes until the meat is golden brown. Add chili. Turn off the heat and add basil.
Make sunny-side-up eggs. Serve with minced meat and rice.
Tips:
1. Add fish sauce into the meat to create an authentic Thai style.
2. Enhance the flavour of egg by serve with oyster sauce.
