How to make it

  1. Mix minced pork with marinade. Stir well until sticky.
  2. Divide minced pork into 12 portions. With wet hands, wrap water chestnut slices with minced pork to make meat patties.
  3. Pan-fry meat patties in 2 tbsp oil over low heat until golden yellow and done. Serve with Lee Kum Kee Thai Style Sweet Chilli Sauce.
