How to make it

  1. Boil cauliflower for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Make the batter by mixing the 200 g flour, egg, ginger beer, baking powder and season with salt and ground pepper.
  3. Use flour to dust the cauliflower and then dip in batter.
  4. Deep fry cauliflower at medium-high heat (170 degree Celsius) until golden brown and serve with feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, mango and salad green.
  5. Served with Thai Style Sweet and Sour Dressing dipping sauce.
  6. Tips: • You can adjust the proportions of dressing to suit your taste. • Other Suitable Dressing: Vietnamese Style Lemon Dressing.
