Mix warm water with all the seasonings and then add into the egg and stir well. Add in half of the crab stick and stir gently.
Cover the egg mixture with cling film and steam on high heat for 8-10 minutes.
Heat the oil in pan, stir fry the asparagus and carrot until done.
